Mindful Hatha Yoga
Weekly classes, open to all levels.
This practice invites you to move mindfully and gently, each stretch unfolding with the rhythm of your breath. Here, you are guided to listen deeply to your body’s quiet wisdom, to honour its needs, and to rest in the peaceful embrace of the present moment. There is no need to strive or reach: only to be, to breathe, and to let calmness settle within you.

Cancellations
We adopt a 48-hour cancellation policy for all courses, including appointments and sessions. Therefore, any appointment/session cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
